Ingredients
4 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cup water
1 cup orzo
- Place all ingredients except orzo in medium saucepan. Season with salt pepper.
- Bring to boil and add orzo.
- Lower heat and simmer until orzo is tender.
- Serve with additional pepper, if desired.
